It's not burnt...

OK maybe a little, but this colossal sandwich was so good... oh so good...

3 Peri Peri marinated chicken strips on a crusty (slightly over toasted) ciabatta bun with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickle, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and swiss cheese... I made it before bowling and gave it about an hour for the flavors to meld before I devoured it... I could eat ciabatta every stinking day man...
