So in my fight against obesity I have decided to walk to work everyday. No, no, not all 35 miles but from the train station to the office (1.1 miles each way). It's actually a very nice walk. I pack my work shoes in my backpack and wear my sneakers... I think they look cool with my dress slacks:

I have also been taking a spin class twice a week at the gym and it kicks my butt! The teacher was totally picking on me this week. I think it makes a big difference to have motivation (well someone yelling: "FASTER; MOVE IT")
